Coconut Almond Macaroons

1 lb sweetened, flaked coconut
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 eggs
2 Tbsp. maple syrup
2 cups almonds, chopper
2 Tbsp. Amaretto

Combine ingredients in a large bowl; using your hands, mix well. Form into balls that are about ½ cup in size (or smaller). Place macaroons on a baking sheet, then place in a 325-degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.

Note: You can also drizzle chocolate over the top.
