Scottsdale restaurant gets national attention with award-winning leek dish

PHOENIX -- Food and Wine magazine recently published its 10 Best Restaurant Dishes of 2010, and one of them is the specialty of a Scottsdale restaurant.

Charleen Badman, the owner of FnB (She's also the chef.), made her now-famous Braised Leeks With Mozzarella and Fried Egg, a dish she invented.

As the magazine points out, the dish is "so popular it has a Twitter hashtag: #leekapalooza."
