Slain border agent laid to restPosted: Updated:
Friends and family attended the funeral of former border patrol agent, Brian Terry. Guests included Homeland Security Secretary, Janet Napolitano.
Napolitano, along with Terry's family and friends, said their final goodbyes during his funeral at a church in Detroit, Michigan.
"Brian Terry's life of service to God, family, country and Corps is a life well lived. And oh, how he did live it. The second is based on the Tucson Honor Guard motto and it states 'When one of us falls, we all stand.' Please stand with me as we honor the life of Brian Terry."
Terry was shot and killed December 14 by border bandits while tracking an organized gang just north of Mexico along the Arizona Mexico border. Four bandits have been arrested. A fifth one is still on the loose.
