Another day of record highs, rain possible this week?Posted: Updated:
PHOENIX -- We're look at another record high today -- 80 degrees. If we hit it, and we probably will, that will shatter a 71-year-old record.
The average high for this time of years is about 66 degrees.
Things should start cooling down a bit tomorrow. After that, we'll top out in the low 70s for the rest of the week.
Overnight lows will be in the low 50s, dropping to the high 40s by the weekend.
Clouds should start moving in by the middle of the week.
By Friday, we'll be down to about 70 degrees with a slight chance of rain. Right now, there's about a 10 percent chance of rain in the Valley and a 30 to 40 percent chance of snow in the high country.
We'll be keeping an eye on that system as it moves closer.
