Chicken Tomatillo Tamales

3 lb. masa
1 Tbsp. salt
1 lb. lard

1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 cup chicken stock

Green Sauce
1 lb. tomatillos
1 Tbsp. salt
2 jalapeños
4 garlic cloves
1/4 onion, chopped endnp

Boil chicken with salt, cloves, black pepper and bay leaves for about 35 minutes. Shred chicken and add to Green Sauce.

Sauté jalapeños, garlic and onion. Add tomatillos and salt. Cover with water and boil.

Blend all contents with 5 branches of fresh raw cilantro and 5 branches of fresh raw epazote.
