PHOENIX -- People began lining up as early as 2:30 a.m. to get a wristband to see former President George W. Bush when he comes to Phoenix tomorrow to sign copies of his new book.

Tess Rafols talked to some of the people waiting in line at the Desert Ridge Barnes and Noble. Several of them have already read "Decision Points," and said it's a great book.

The book signing is Thursday, Dec. 9, 9:30 a.m.-11:30 a.m.

Customers must have a wristband to attend the event. Those were being handed out Wednesday. Customers must purchase a copy of "Decision Points" to get a wristband. They won't be able to take their books home, but they will get a receipt.

Barnes and Noble has not said how many wristbands would be available. Store managers said it would be similar to Sarah Palin's recent book signing. There were 1,000 wristbands for that event.

Barnes and Noble is located at 21001 N. Tatum Blvd. Suite 42, Phoenix.
