$95 Million winning Powerball ticket sold in ArizonaPosted: Updated:
PHOENIX -- If you bought a ticket for Wednesday night's $95 million Powerball drawing, check your numbers. There was one winning ticket and it was sold here in Arizona.
The Powerball numbers drawn Wednesday night were 5-10-11-12-20, Powerball 2.
That winning ticket matched all five numbers and the Powerball. The winning ticket is worth $95 million.
Three more Powerball tickets won $10,000 and 257 won $100.
According to the Arizona Lottery, the $95 million winning ticket was sold at a Safeway store in Fort Mohave, which is northwest of Phoenix and south of Bullhead City.
The Powerball jackpot has been rolling over since Nov. 12. Numbers are drawn every Wednesday and Saturday night.
The state earned a total of $1.6 million from this latest run. Safeway will earn $25,000.
The holder of the $95 million winning ticket has 180 days come forward and claim his or her prize money.
