This year's midterm elections ended a little over two weeks ago. But, some politicians are already looking ahead to 2012. One group in particular has rallied the troops in hopes of doing something that's never before been done in Arizona.

Between now and November, 2, 2012, former democrat State Senator Ted Downing, will have a lot on his plate. He and a small group of Arizonans want to make a change to our state's election practices.

They want to initiate an Open Primary.
