UA Museum of Art floor paintingPosted: Updated:
If you are visiting the U of A Museum of Art you might want to be careful where you step.
A new painting gives the illusion there is a large hole in the floor. Artist Melanie Stimmell completed the three-day project on Sunday.
"They'll see a really beautiful drawing that looks like you're looking down underneath the museum floor into Marie Antoinette's boudoir," said Lauren Rabb from the UA Museum of Art. "It's just a lot of fun."
The painting will be on display through April 3. The museum is closed on Mondays.
