Wildcat basketball teams winning big in exhibition

Sean Miller's team getting past Division-II Augustana 70-59 Sunday at the McKale Center. The Wildcats weren't sharp for the full forty minutes, but they will get to a look at what needs to be corrected before the real games begin.

The injury bug has bitten, concussions and black eyes have made their way through the practice gym, but everyone is expected to be ready to rock as the days tick down toward Sunday afternoon.

And the Arizona women doing it big in their final exhibition game. A 109-62 win over Western State. Davellyn White dropping a game-high 28 points in the win.

Offense hasn't been a problem in the exhibition season, but the real season starts Friday.

Niya Butts' team heads to Kansas for a match-up with Wichita state. Tip scheduled for 6:00 P.M. Tucson time.
