Brooklyn bagel pizza cross

Makes one 18" Pizza, four big slices
1 dough
1 lb. shredded mozzarella
1/2 lb. softened cream cheese
2 cups marinara
4 oz. cooked brisket
4 oz. smoked salmon
4 oz. cooked Italian Sweet Sausage link
1 Russet potato
1 red onion
1 tsp. capers
1/4 tsp. chopped rosemary
4 Tbsp. olive oil
2 oz. chopped roasted red peppers
2 tsp. garlic puree
1 Tbsp. sesame seeds
Roll pizza dough out on round pizza pan to 18 inches leaving a 1 inch fold over lip of pan
Pipe cream cheese around the lip and fold. Brush folded crust with olive oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Divide pizza into four equal sections by pressing lines softly with a knife
Spread marinara, garlic and cheese on three sections
Place salmon, capers and red onion and cream cheese on the slice with no marinara, mozzarella or garlic
Place thin sliced sausage and peppers on one section
Place thin sliced brisket on another section
Place thin sliced potatoes with rosemary on another section (Before adding to pizza, thinly slice potato, drizzle with olive oil & top with chopped rosemary, roast in 450 degree oven until lightly browned. Remove and lightly salt.)
Bake pizza at 450 degrees for 8-10 minutes, until crust is crisp and cheese is melted.
Sprinkle grated Parmesan on which ever slices you choose
