TEMPE, Ariz. -- Police officers arrested a 31-year-old Flagstaff man in connection with three burglaries at a Tempe business.
At approximately 4:30 p.m. Saturday, Tempe police officers responded to a burglary alarm at RCI Systems near Priest Drive and Southern Avenue.
Officers contacted a man walking away from the business. The man, later identified as Jason Gene Mills, ran from the officers and was detained after a short foot pursuit.
The investigation revealed that Mills broke into the business and removed property on Oct. 23, Oct. 24 and Saturday.
During an interview with police, Mills reportedly made incriminating statements referencing his involvement in the burglaries.
Mills was arrested and booked into Tempe City Jail. He is facing three counts of burglary.
