Police are looking for a man who robbed a bank wearing a Halloween-style mask.

The suspect wore a skull mask and had a weapon in hand while robbing the Chase Bank in the 4600 block of East Sunrise Drive on Friday.

Sheriff's deputies say the man is about 5'10" tall and drives a black Nissan titan pickup truck.

The suspect in a domestic violence incident is off the streets and behind bars and the victim is OK.

Sierra vista police arrested a man Saturday night on suspicion of domestic violence. At approximately 7:30 they were alerted that 25-year-old Allen Guzman pulled a female victim by the hair, and forced her into a vehicle as she cried for help.

Guzman took off toward Huachuca city with the woman, and eventually met SVPD officers at the Huachuca City police department. He was then arrested for domestic violence/assault and kidnapping.

The victim suffered minor injuries.


In Phoenix, a 2-year old boy who police say was being abused died and his mother and her boyfriend are suspects in his death.

Saturday night the fire department showed up to this second floor apartment. The 2-year-old was found inside not breathing. Shortly after, the child was pronounced dead.

Walter Munoz, 24, and 27-year-old Bianca Arce are now in jail facing charges of murder and child abuse.

"The mother of this two-year-old was aware of this abuse, witnessed this abuse and did nothing to stop the abuse or seek help," said Sgt. Steve Martos of the Phoenix Police Dept.

Two other children in the home were placed in the custody of Child Protective Services.
