RAISIN SPOOKY SPIDERS

1/2 cup California raisins
1/3 cup almond or peanut butter
3 tablespoons each: honey and unsweetened cocoa powder
1 3/4 cups brown rice crispy cereal
1 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, melted
96 tiny thin black licorice strips
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
24 small candies or frosting for eyes
Place raisins, almond or peanut butter, honey and cocoa powder in a food processor and process until a thick paste forms. Transfer to a large bowl and stir in cereal, using your hands to mix in completely. Press mixture into 12 balls, then press lightly onto a foil or wax paper lined baking sheet. Spread a small amount of melted chocolate on the bottom of each and slide 8 small pieces of licorice under each to form the spider legs; refrigerate until firm. Stir a few drops of water into powdered sugar to make a thick mixture to "glue" eyes onto spiders.

Stir together all ingredients except raisins in a large bowl. Spray mixture liberally with cooking spray and toss with your hands, repeating until popcorn is well coated with spices; stir in raisins.

Curried Squash Soup
2 Tbsp. Promise® Buttery Spread
4 cups peeled, seeded and chopped acorn squash (about 1 medium)
2 medium carrots, peeled and chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 tsp. curry powder (optional)
1 tsp. ground cumin
4 cups fat free reduced sodium chicken broth
3 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro or parsley
In 3-quart, heavy saucepan, melt Promise® Buttery Spread over medium heat and cook squash, carrots, onion and garlic, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes. Add curry and cumin and cook 1 minute. Add broth and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, 25 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
In food processor or blender, process soup, in batches, until smooth. Stir in cilantro. Season, if desired, with salt and pepper.
