Hall has concussion, Cardinals to simplify offensePosted: Updated:
TEMPE, Ariz. (AP) -- Arizona quarterback Max Hall has a concussion and will undergo the required NFL testing to determine whether he can play in the Cardinals' home game against Tampa Bay next Sunday.
Coach Ken Whisenhunt says that if the rookie is cleared, he will be the starter against the Buccaneers, despite his poor performance in Sunday's 26-10 loss at Seattle.
Whisenhunt says he is looking to simplify the game plan in hopes that Hall will be able to return to the freewheeling form that impressed the coaching staff in the preseason.
Hall, who was not drafted after three years as a starter at BYU, completed four of 16 passes for 36 yards and was intercepted once before being knocked out of the game early in the third quarter.
