Repatriation program books one-way flight out of ArizonaPosted: Updated:
A one-way flight, full of disappointment, out of Arizona Wednesday. The passengers are illegal immigrants. They were flown from the Phoenix-Mesa Gateway airport, to their home country of El Salvador. It's part of the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement repatriation program.
Through September of this year, the Immigration and Customs Enforcement flights have returned nearly 160,000 illegal immigrants to their home countries.
