Harissa seafood salad

Harissa
4 whole, roasted red peppers
2 cloves garlic
½ cup red onions(chopped)
8 mint leaves
¼ bunch of cilantro
1 Tbsp. dijon mustard
1 tsp. crushed red chilies
Juice from 1 lime
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. coriander
2 Tbsp. olive oil
Pinch of cayenne pepper

Procedure
Combine all of the above in a bowl and mix well.

Seafood salad
6 oz. spinach leaves
4 oz. feta cheese
2 oz. shaved red onions
8 oz. cavatappi pasta
8 sea scallops
16 shrimp

Procedure
1. Sauté shrimp and scallops in olive oil until cooked.
2. Toss all of the above in a bowl with harissa
3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Top with feta cheese
