PHOENIX -- One teenager is in the hospital after being hit by a car.
It happened Monday night near 28th Street and Camelback Road.
Two teenagers were walking in the area when a car hit them both. The windshield of that car was shattered and caved in.
One teen was seriously injured. He or she was taken to the hospital. The other teen appeared to be fine.
It's possible that the kids were not in the crosswalk at the time of the accident, but police have not confirmed that.
