Public's help needed locating teen missing for almost 20 days

GLENDALE, Ariz. – Police need the public’s help locating a teen who has been missing for almost 20 days.

Glendale police say 13-year-old Lizbeth Cantu Denova was last seen by her mother leaving their home in the area of 47the Avenue and Orangewood on September 6.

The mother tells police Lizbeth left shortly after they had an argument.

The 13-year-old girl is a Hispanic female. She is about 5-feet tall and weighs approximately 135 pounds. Lizbeth has long brown hair and brown eyes. She also has a scar between her eyebrows and a pierced bottom lip.

Lizbeth was last seen wearing a blue spaghetti-strap shirt, blue jean shorts and white sandals.

Her family says Lizbeth has not contacted any of them since she was last seen.
