NDSI XCD (Exceed) Driving Challenge for TeensPosted: Updated:
TEMPE, Ariz. -- National Driving Safety Institute (NDSI) and Cricket Communications have partnered to launch the first-ever XCD (Exceed) Driver Improvement Program, an unprecedented safety education program designed to teach teens about better driver safety, prevention skills and road confidence.
As Tess Rafols shows us, this program is as cool as it gets.
One hundred area high school students will participate in various fun and interesting in-car driving skill tests. Participants will learn from highly skilled instructors who will be in the cars. Students will be able to sign the ‘Cricket Safe Texting Banner’ and enter into the ‘Safe Text Driving Challenge’ with Ben Cook, acknowledged as the world’s fastest texter.
The event is this weekend at Tempe Diablo Stadium.
