Triple digits return Friday and stay for a whole weekPosted: Updated:
PHOENIX -- A departing are of low pressure will bring cooler and dry weather to the region today, but it won't last. We should be back up above our average tomorrow and through the weekend as high pressure builds back into the desert Southwest.
Plan on a high of 100 degrees on Friday, and 104 both Saturday and Sunday. Those temperatures will come down a tiny bit early next week.
After tonight, overnight lows should hover in the upper 70s.
