Jeffrey Kirkman, Nogales Police Chief, says State law now requires law enforcement agencies to impound vehicles under certain circumstances.  He says the Nogales Police department began enforcing that law in August.  He saiys vehicles must be impounded if a driver is in a crash, has no insurance, is driving on a revoked license, for extreme DUI or is driving on a suspended license. Kirkman says the objective is to immediately get potentially dangerous drivers off the road.
