PHOENIX -- A complaint has been filed against a man who allegedly threatened Phoenix Mayor Phil Gordon.
According to the Maricopa County Attorney's Office, the complaint charges Michael R. Foster, 33, with four counts of threatening or intimidating.
The charges stem from threats Foster allegedly made against Gordon between April 26 and May 14.
An initial appearance is scheduled for Oct. 6.
According to court paperwork, the threats were written in blog comments.
