PHOENIX -- A murder suspect is behind bars nearly two weeks after the killing.
Robert Steven Curtis, 37, was arrested Tuesday at his Phoenix home and charged with first-degree murder.
He is accused of shooting Leo Britto, 55, earlier this month.
Britto was fatally shot outside Curtis' home near 36th Street and Thunderbird Road on Sept. 2. Britto lived in a motor home on Curtis' property.
There is no word yet on a motive for the crime.
