Saturday, September 18th starts Arizona Restaurant Week 2010. Arizona Restaurant Week is a culmination of Valley restaurants that come together to showcase their signature dishes in a three-course meal setting. Each participating restaurant will have several options of appetizers, entrees and desserts to chose from for $29-$39 per person. The foodie event gives diners the opportunity to explore new restaurants and meals at a low price. Seats at participating restaurants fill fast so reservations are recommended.
One of the featured restaurants at Arizona Restaurant Week 2010 is Ko'Sin. Ko'Sin is located at Sheraton Wild horse Pass Resort and Spa. Ko'Sin is known as a geo-green restaurant meaning that they take part in recycling, including food compose. Ko'Sin also works with the community to build a recycling culture in the Maricopa and Pima County area. Something else that's special about Ko'Sin is that they incorporate ingredients in their food that is rich in the culture of Maricopa and Pima County that have been used for generations.
