Tom Horne: "I will win the primary."

PHOENIX -- The Secretary of State's Office is set to certify the results of last week's primary election tomorrow, and one race is technically still too close to call -- the Republican primary for state attorney general.

At this point, Tom Horne leads Andrew Thomas by fewer than 900 votes. While Thomas has not conceded, Horne is confident.

"It's been up and down," Horne told Scott Pasmore and Tara Hitchock on Monday morning. "It's really been decided. We know now with absolute certainty that I will win the primary."

Horne also talked about what happens next as he faces Democrat Felecia Rotellini in the November election. He said rather than being personal, he hopes the race will focus on the issues, one of the biggest being illegal immigration.
