'Bad Teeth Bandit' strikes again, robs another bank in Phoenix

PHOENIX - The bank robber dubbed the "Bad Teeth Bandit" has struck again.

Police say the suspect robbed the Wells Fargo bank inside an Albertson's grocery store located at Tatum and Shea Boulevard sometime after 4 p.m. Thursday.

The suspect is believed to be in his mid-30s or early 40s with a thin build and stands between 5'7 and 5'9 tall. He has worn a long black wig during all of the robberies and appears to have bad teeth.

Wells Fargo is now offering up to a $5,000 reward for information leading to the man's arrest. He is wanted in connection with at least five other bank robberies throughout Phoenix. All of them have taken place inside grocery stores.

The locations and dates of the robberies are:

• July 14, Chase, 20215 N. Cave Creek Road, Phoenix

• July 28, Chase, 731 E. Bell Road, Phoenix

• Aug. 4, Wells Fargo, 12641 N. Tatum Blvd., Phoenix

• Aug. 16, Wells Fargo, 6321 E. Greenway Road, Phoenix

• Aug. 20, Wells Fargo, 10631 N. 32nd St., Phoenix

• Aug. 26, Wells Fargo, 10665 N. Tatum Blvd., Phoenix
