Kamut Spaghetti with Shrimp and Calamari

1/2 lb kamut spaghetti
2 cloves garlic
2 tbs extra virgin olive
8 oz stewed calamari in san marzano tomatoes
6 oz wild prawns
Parsley to taste
Sea salt to taste
Controne chile to taste

Bring the salted water to boil in a Pasta pot; cook the spaghetti until al dente (9-10 minutes)
Sauce preparation: put a little olive oil in a sauté pan, add the garlic cloves, then the prawns, calamari and tomatoes.
Finally add the chopped parsley and some controne chile to add some heat!
