Reward offered for arrest in burglary, vandalism at Mesa senior center

MESA - The Maricopa County Sheriff's Office is looking for suspects involved in a break-in at a senior center in Mesa.

Early Sunday morning MCSO received a 911 call from a resident of the Dreamland Villa Senior Community reporting a possible break in.

The community center, located near University Drive and Higley Road had extensive damage including broken doors, broken windows, damaged electronic equipment.

Early estimates of the damage are in the tens of thousands of dollars.

It is not known if the suspects got away with any property.

The suspects are described as two white males, ages 15 to 17 wearing baggy clothing and baseball caps.

The investigation is on going and the Dreamland Villa Community is offering a $2,000.00 reward for information leading to an arrest.
