Asian Sweet and Spicy Sauce

1/4 cup cornstarch
1oz. water
3/4 tsp garlic, minced
3/4 tsp ginger, minced
1/4 cup + 2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 oz. cooking wine (rice wine - "sake" ok)
3/4 cup chicken broth

First combine cornstarch and water.  Then add ingredients and mix well.  Refrigerate.  When ready to use, shake well.
