More on Arizona's new lawsPosted: Updated:
Arizona has become the third state in the country to allow adults 21 and older to carry a concealed weapon without a permit. The law also allows those adults to skip the background checks and classes that are currently required to carry a concealed weapon.
A few other noteable laws that kick in thursday include the following: foreclosure consultants will have their practices restricted. Yellow lights will be at least three seconds long. "Sexting" gets its own definition on the statutes. And it will also become a crime to try to create a human-animal hybrid.
Something else that will be changing, the hours you can buy liquor on Sundays. Beginning this weekend, it will be legal to serve alcohol at 6 A.M.
