Juror ordered to community service; Bank robbery suspect ID'd

A juror who was found in contempt of court following the recent mistrial of a former Pima County sheriff's deputy, has been ordered to perform 50-hours of community service.

The woman was a rape victim -- never said anything before or during the trial -- then confessed after deliberations began. A new trial is pending for Michael Canizales, who's accused of sexually assaulting an employee.

A suspect has been identified in connection to a bank robbery that happened last month at the Wells Fargo bank on Grant and Silverbell. The suspect is 38-year-old Adiyia Sundiata.

He also goes by the name of Bobby Taulton or the nickname "Trip." Police have obtained a warrant for his arrest.

He's six feet tall, 200-pounds. He was wearing a black long sleeve shirt, jeans, and a dark blue cap the day of the robbery.

If you know where he is, call 911 or 88-crime.
