Munger withdraws; Arizona voters will decide on medical marijuana again

There's one less republican candidate in the race for Arizona governor. Tucson Attorney John Munger withdrew citing the high court ruling on "matching funds." Munger claims he can't compete with the publicly-funded campaigns of Governor Jan Brewer and state treasurer Dean Martin, or match millionaire Buzz Mills, who is backing his drive largely with his own money.

Once again -- voters will decide the fate of medical marijuana in Arizona.  The Secretary of State's office Tuesday confirmed organizers of the latest initiative submitted enough signatures to put the measure on the ballot November second. This will be the fourth time in 14 years the issue of whether to legalize medical pot has gone to a vote.
