SURPRISE - Surprise police have a suspect in custody accused of firing a gun at a party.
According to police witnesses said a man, later identified at Joshua Ramirez, 24, fired a shot gun while they were gathered for a graduation party at a residence near Greenway and Dysart roads in Surprise.
Those statements led police to a home in El Mirage where Ramirez was taken into custody.
Ramirez was charged with three counts of assault with a firearm. He was booked into Maricopa County jail.
