Central Phoenix residents planting seeds of change to build community garden

PHOENIX -- People living and working in a Central Phoenix neighborhood are planting the seeds of change.

They want to transform an empty lot into a colorful community garden, and a well-known soda company could help them make it happen.

Kirsten Joyce explains the group is hoping to win a grant from the Pepsi Refresh Project, and they need you to do it.
