Sushi recipe:

2pc shrimp tempura

4oz sushi rice

1half sheet nori

2oz spicy crab mix

julienne cucumbers

scallops

1 half of soybean paper

 

Directions:

Place rice on seaweed and and cover entire surface. Place rice side down on cutting board. Place shrimp tempura in center of seaweed with spicy crab mix and cucumber. Grab bottom edge of seaweed and then wrap over ingredients until completely tucked in and then roll forward until roll is completely wrapped.  Place a bamboo mat wrapped in plastic wrap and then place over roll and press gently over roll. Place soybean paper on top of roll and then cut into desired pieces and then chop scallops and place on top of roll. Grate mozzarella cheese on top of roll and serve.
