Arizona leaders give border security recommendationsPosted: Updated:
A group of Arizona leaders were in Washington Wednesday, giving recommendations for immigration reform and border security.
The group, which included Tucson Councilwoman Karin Uhlich, called on Senate Bill 1070 as a sign its time for the feds to do something, "We are going for solutions that are based on fact, not on fear. And that actually address what I think are the primary concerns along the border."
Those concerns she's talking about include drug cartels and weapons being smuggled into Mexico.
