PHOENIX -- Scientists at the Scripps Research Institute recently released a study comparing fast food with a cocaine addiction.

They say fast food triggers chemical changes in the brain, including the release of dopamine. The same thing happens to drug addicts.

Valley dietitian Patti Milligan chats with Tara Hitchcock about how fast food can be addicting and shares some tips on kicking the fast food habit.
