Safe Haven -- What happens to the children?

PHOENIX -- Safe Haven laws -- which allow women to leave their newborn babies safely at specific locations within a designated time after birth -- exist in most states, but many women don't know about them.

In the nine years since Arizona enacted its Safe Haven law, only 19 babies have been saved this way.

Becca Fisk is raising one of those children. She talked to Tara Hitchcock about how Safe Haven works, and what happens to children who are left.
