Suspect ties up Burger King employees in early morning armed robberyPosted: Updated:
PHOENIX -- Police are searching for the suspect in an early morning armed robbery at a Central Phoenix Burger King.
It happened at about 5:30 a.m. in the area of Central Avenue and Virginia Street.
According to police, employees were opening the restaurant for the day when a man approached them and demanded money.
The suspect pulled a gun and then tied up the employees.
It's not clear how much the suspect got away with.
None of the employees was hurt.
No description of the suspect was immediately available.
