PRESCOTT – A man was taken into custody for allegedly fondling a woman as he worked at a convenience store he owns in Prescott.

Police arrested 62-year-old Ronald Hebb in connection to the incident where the 43-year-old victim was allegedly fondled over the counter at the Conoco Food Market in the 2800 block of Willow Creek Road.

After further investigation detectives were able to confirm the woman’s report of the incident.

Hebb, the owner of the convenience store, was arrested on Friday and booked into the Yavapai County jail and later released. He faces one count of felony sexual abuse.
