Ingredients: 1/2 cup watermelon 1/4 cup apple 1/4 cup pineapple 1/4 cup honey dew 1/4 cup cantaloupe 1 Tbsp. red onion 1 tsp. cilantro 1 tsp. mint 1 tsp. basil 4 ounces arugula 1/2 cup white grape juice 1 cup white wine 1 fl oz brandy 1 tsp. ginger 2 slices pecorino 1 tsp. orange zest 1/4 cup sugar 1/8 cup apple cider vin 1/2 cup olive oil To taste salt & pepper
Instructions: 1. Clean and dice the fruit for the salad about 1 inch in size and place into a tupperware. 2. Mix it in the wine, juice, brandy, onions, cilantro, mint, basil, and ginger, with the fruit. 3. Allow fruit to marinate 6 - 24 hours. 4. Dress the arugula and place in the center of the plate. 5. Top with sangria fruit 6. Place the slice of pecorino off to the side and sprinkle with orange zest.
Dressing: 1. Reserve 1 cup of the sangria liquid. 2. Add in 1/4 cup of sugar, 1/3 cup apple cider vin 3. Place in a food processor, on high speed and slowly drizzle the olive oil. 4. Season to taste
