FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. (AP) - The driver of a Flagstaff city garbage that struck and killed a bicyclist in November will not face felony charges.

Coconino County Attorney Dave Rozema says there is not enough evidence to show the driver of the truck was criminally negligent.

The driver was making a right turn into a recycling center on nov. 16 when his rear wheels hit a bike ridden by 23-year-old Northern Arizona University student Joshua Amos Pete.

Rozema says the police department still could pursue misdemeanor charges against the driver of the city truck.
