2 Men arrested for urinating on police car in Prescott Valley

PRESCOTT -- Two men were arrested after witnesses saw them urinating on a Prescott Valley police car.

According to Sgt. Art Askew with the Prescott Valley Police Department, officers were inside the Denny's on Highway 69 at approximately 2 a.m. Saturday when several witnesses reported seeing two men urinating on their patrol car in the parking lot.

The witnesses described the car the suspects left in and the officers located the vehicle.

Askew said the officers conducted a traffic stop and found a 21-year-old woman driving the car with her 3-year-old child lying unrestrained in the back seat. The two suspects were also in the car.

Jasen Venable, 29, and Nathaniel Stropko, 29, were arrested and booked into the Yavapai County Jail on charges of disorderly conduct and urinating in public.

Amber Arellano was issued a criminal citation for disorderly conduct as well as a civil citation for not having a child restraint. She was released from custody.
