 1 – Strawberry Fields Forever Shortcake (With White Merlot)

    1 bottle of Kokopelli Rhinewine
    ½ cup of granulated sugar
    2 pounds fresh sliced strawberry’s
    ------ ------- -------- ---------
    1 shortcake or pound cake
    Homemade or Cool Whip whipped cream
Pour wine into pan and turn heat to low. Once a simmer begins add sugar and mix in thoroughly. Let mixture reduce by one-third. Cool in refrigerator.
Wash, and slice fresh strawberries and place in container with lid that will seal tight. Pour Kokopelli Rhinewine mixture over top, cover and shake to coat thoroughly. Leave overnight in the refrigerator.
Let strawberries sit at room temp for one hour prior to serving. Slice shortcake or poundcake and top with two tablespoons of marinated strawberries and a dollop of whipped cream. Serve immediately.
2 – Mean Mr Mustard’s Cheeseburger Pasta

Kobe Ground Beef Dry Rub seasoning
Red Onion Rings
8 oz
1 slice
1.   Coat burger in dry rub
2.     Place Onion slice on top
3.     Slice red onion ¼” thick and place center cut on top of burger.

Penne Pasta
BBQ Sauce
Lettuce Shredded
Cheese sauce
Diced tomatoes
Pickle slices
Shoestring potatoes
Sesame Seeds
French’s Mustard

1.    Place burger in saute pan and cook on medium until grey shows half way up burger.
2.      Brush onion rings off burger and flip. Using a spatula cut burger into ¾” cubes and cut the onion too.
3.      When exterior of all burger meat is grey add wine to create the juice.
4.      Add cooked pasta to sauté pan and mix thoroughly.
5.      Spread BBQ sauce on the bottom of pasta bowl and add cooked ingredients.
6.      Top with cheese sauce, lettuce, tomato, pickles, shoestring potatoes and sesame seeds. Place Mustard on rim.
7.      Serve immediately
