At San Diego State, Mougey spent his first two years as a backup quarterback until switching to wide receiver for his last two seasons.

Broughton (5-11, 255) was inactive for both of the Cardinals postseason contests last season after signing with the team on January 5, 2010. He spent the entire 2009 season on the Giants practice squad after being released by the Minnesota Vikings during the preseason on September 5.
