PHOENIX -- The man accused of shooting up the computer lab of a Valley community college pleaded guilty Monday to two counts of aggravated assault.
In July 2008, Rodney Eugene Smith Jr. got into a fight with another man at South Mountain Community College. Investigators say Smith then pulled out a gun, striking three people.
Smith was originally charged with 12 counts of endangerment and three counts of aggravated assault.
His sentencing is set for April 23.
