SCOTTSDALE -- A family that's suing a Scottsdale-based cryonics company -- Alcor --over the rights to their grandmother's remains says the company made a shocking offer in an effort to get them to settle.

A judge ruled Monday that Alcor will get the remains of Mary Robbins, who died last month in Colorado.

Clifford Wolff, an attorney representing Alcor Life Extension Foundation, explains more about the legal fight.
