TUCSON, Ariz. (AP) -- Two men are dead after a double shooting Monday morning in the Midtown area of Tucson.

Police department spokesman Sgt. Fabian Pacheco told The Associated Press that two men, ages 40 and 49, were found dead from multiple gunshot wounds in the front yard of a residence just after 11 a.m.

The shooter fled the scene, but is described by witnesses as a Hispanic male, 25-to-30 years of age with a slender build.

The gunman was seen driving a newer model two door Chevrolet Monte Carlo with customs rims.

Pacheco said it's possible the shooter and the victims knew each other and the shooting may have been drug related.

Anyone with information is asked to call Tucson police or 88-CRIME.
