Morning showers on Sunday and High of 58

PHOENIX -- While we're looking at a gorgeous Friday, a storm is heading our way, which means significant changes by Saturday afternoon.

The area of low pressure will bring a pretty good chance of showers. There's also a chance of thunderstorms, winds and hail. The Valley could see between 1/4 inch and 3/4 inch of rain. That's up to 1 inch in Gila and Pinal counties. Areas above 6,000 feet could get 4 to 8 inches of snow.

The unsettled weather will likely continue into Sunday. We're calling for a 60 percent chance of showers that day.

As for today, is going to be partly sunny, breezy and nice with a high of 72 degrees in the Valley.

Clouds that should begin moving in throughout the afternoon with thicken up in the evening. Plan on an overnight low of 49 degrees.

Saturday should be about 74 degrees with a chance of showers in the afternoon and evening. Sunday will be a cooler 66 degrees with a continued chance of showers.
